It’s Improv Battle Station Time!!
Teams of 2 Battle for Improv Supremacy Thursday May 13 @ 7 pm.
Each team member must be 18 years old or older. Limited to 8 teams.
Register by NOON May 13 by emailing Box.Office@gplt.ca
The Winning Team gets a prize. Every team gets a prize. There are no appeals or complaining about anything – this is a fun event only! This is not a serious competition (unless you have a competitive personality, then this will be the most important night of your life!)
Audience enter before 3 pm May 13 to win door prizes by emailing Box.Office@gplt.ca.

Virtual Variety Nights Run Every Thursday in May @ 7

GPLT had so much fun creating the Virtual Variety Nights. The feedback has been great. So we are going to keep going.
GPLT is pleased to announce that Virtual Variety Nights will run every Thursday in May. Here is the May schedule:
May 6 = Story Slam 2
May 13 = Battle of the Improv Maniacs 2
May 20 = a NEW event: Poetry Slam
May 27 = more of Grande Prairie’s finest Singer Songwriters.
If you want to participate or enter the door prize draws as an audience member, contact the GPLT Box Office: Box.Office@gplt.ca. All Event rules will be posted on the GPLT website: gplt.ca and on the GPLT Facebook page.
To enter an audience door prize draw you must email the GPLT Box Office before 3 pm on each Thursday.

Story Slam 2 goes May 6 @ 7 pm: Looking for NEW STORIES and PLAYS!!

Story Slam was SO MUCH FUN we decided to do it again! STORY SLAM 2 goes Thursday May 6 @ 7 pm. Live on Facebook and YouTube. The theme is “VICTORY”. We are looking for new Story Tellers. Why not enter? Create your story. Enter at Box.Office@gplt.ca.
Enter the door prizes draw by emailing Box.Office@gplt.ca no later than May 6 at 3 pm.

PLUS THERE IS MORE: We are looking for new plays to read at the next Play Reading event. Write a new play or dust off one you wrote some time ago. Enter your new play at Box.Office@gplt.ca. The Date of the second Play Reading evening will be announced soon.
