December 15 is deadline for Directors to submit plays for next season

GPLT is looking for plays, directors and creative team members for our next season starting September, 2020. Suggest your favourite play! Volunteer to direct or to join a creative team.

The 58th Season Play Selection Committee lead by GPLT Vice President Brenda Kuntsi is looking for your play or creative team suggestions. Email Brenda at vicepresident@gplt.ca with your ideas.

If you want to submit a play for the Committee to consider call the Box Office to get a copy of the Play Submission form, complete it and email it to vicepresident@gplt.ca. All submissions are confidential and subject to the play submission policy.

Final Weekend for the Hours That Remain plus 6 more events in November!

November is ENTERNTAINMENT PLUS at GPLT and the Performing Arts Theatre attached to the St. John Paul II Catholic School.

Nov. 7-9 – The final weekend of The Hours That Remain by Keith Barker at GPLT. An award winning play. A moving, emotionally charged story of loss, bereavement, and unfaltering hope. The Star Phoenix said “this play ingeniously casts light on the issue without making you feel like you’d rather be somewhere else.”This play confronts the pervasive reality of missing Indigenous women and girls in Canada and the legacy of loss endured by families, friends, community and our society as a whole. This play is supported by the Grande Prairie Friendship Centre.
