Audition for GPLT’s 63rd Season !

GPLT is excited to offer these opportunities to act in a play in our 63rd season.

There are over 60 roles available. No prior acting experience is required. All auditions are open to anyone.

Here are the audition dates for all 7 plays. Specific audition information and requirements can be found in a separate Audition page for each play under the audition tab.

We look forward to seeing you at an audition of your choice.

Perusal copies of scripts available from the GPLT Box Office. There is a $5 Script loan fee that is refunded when you return the script.

April 19 @ 7 pm: The 12th Annual ADFA Peace Region Adult One Act Play Festival at the KMSC Law Performing Arts Theatre

The Alberta Drama Festival Association, Peace Country Region, presents the 12th Annual Adult One Act Play Festival on Saturday April 19 @ 7 pm at the KMSC Law Performing Arts Theatre.
Each year this festival showcases unique and entertaining one act plays. New plays and plays with interesting topics and plot twists are featured. This festival is a competitive festival.

The winning play will be entered in the ADFA Provincial One Act Play Festival to be held on May 30 & 31, 2025 at Medicine Hat High School Theatre – 199 5th ST SW, Medicine Hat.

This Festival is hosted by Grande Prairie Live Theatre.

Featuring the World Premieres by 3 of Grande Prairie’s Most Creative Playwrights(in alphabetical order): Alyssa Hudson, Noelle Schallhorn, Chelsea Thistle.
